5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Physical Products: Because our care boxes are personal and hygiene-focused, we can’t accept returns. If your box arrives damaged or something’s not right, just reach out within 14 days—we’ll quickly arrange a refund or replacement.

• Digital Products: Our digital guides are always free and non-refundable.

• Subscriptions: You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle; payments already made aren’t refundable.

• We don’t ask for returns of opened products—just honest feedback and your before/after photos.
